Brain Teaser

Blogroll Me!

If I have nothing to blog about -- I don't want to be like some other bloggers and just continually link to articles ; and I don't want to write about my children or post some of my creative writing or give a play-by-play of my daily life -- does that mean I've become boring...even to myself?

No, it just means you don't have anything to blog about. I get that feeling quite often.

I just wrote about that last week. Lately I feel that also. We just need a rejuvenation.

I've found stepping away from it for a few days, even for a week or so, can be quite healthy. The next time you feel like you don't have something to blog -- don't. I think you'll find it liberating. It feels good to be away from it for a while and come back when you really feel like you want to post something, not when you feel obligated to.

Sounds normal to me. Maybe try freewriting and see if there's a nice surprise.
